What is the difference between London stock and made to order?
London stock rugs are already in our Enfield warehouse and dispatch in 1–2 business days. Designer washable rugs are printed to order for you; consumer orders are delivered within 30 days.
Can I put a washable rug in the washing machine?
Yes — our washable rugs go in a domestic machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry flat and follow the sewn care label. Make sure your machine suits the rug's dry weight.
Which sizes can I order?
Designer washable rugs come in ten sizes: 60 × 100, 80 × 150, 100 × 200, 120 × 180, 155 × 230 and 200 × 300 cm, 80 × 300 and 100 × 300 cm runners, and 160 and 200 cm rounds. London stock sizes are shown on each rug.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. UK delivery for in-stock rugs takes 2–5 business days.
Can I return a rug?
Stock rugs (London stock and UK partner stock) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, free within the UK, if unused and in their original condition. Made-to-order rugs are produced for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect — tell us within 48 hours.
Which size do I need for a living room?
Choose a rug large enough for the front legs of your sofa and chairs to sit on it — usually 155 × 230 or 160 × 230 cm or larger. Mark the size on the floor with masking tape before you order.
